The dates listed below are for the face to face training sessions.
We have provided 2-day and 1-Day face to face training options to try top accommodate your different circumstances.
You may prefer to book a private session instead, which can be face to face or on-line.

All Advanced Session Leaders and Session Instructors are welcome to attend this module to gain the further knowledge for their own learning, however only those who are delivering regular sessions will assessed to gain higher certification.
Higher certification will be awarded once the knowledge & concepts can be demonstrated as being understood and integrated into physical practice

Exploring Shibashi Qigong Set 1, while Seated
Not available via Flexible Learning
This module explores the necessity to adapt the Shibashi Qigong Set 1 movements to enable attendees, who need to sit for part or all of the session, to receive the maximum benefit of the movements.
This is NOT a 'Seated Set' for people who choose to sit to relax. It is aimed at people who wish to take responsibility for their own health and integrate the learning onto their daily life.
The correct seated posture is explored along with the constraints and limitations of performing the Shibashi Set 1 while seated. The standing versions of the movements are revisited and the benefits explored. Each movement is then practiced while seated to understand the benefits that are not possible but most importantly, the benefits which are very possible.
This training module also covers the practical aspects such as the integration of this information into sessions.
We offer, post module, on-line or face to face support sessions, once you have started to deliver the movements.

8 Pieces of Brocade
8 Pieces of the Brocade, also known as Ba Duan Jin, was created around 1140 AD, during the Song dynasty, by the army general Marshal Yue Fei to keep his soldiers strong and in good shape for harsh, long battles.
Ba Duan Jin has a history of over 800 years and would have been originally passed down by word of mouth, resulting in the variations seen movements today.
During this module we will explore the structure, essence and principles behind the movements and explore some of the variations.
This set is physically demanding and contains complex techniques. The information delivered, practically and theoretically, within this module will complement and enhance what you have already learned in previous Qigong instructor courses and modules, developing your understanding to a deeper level.
To help you to achieve this certification, we offer individual on-line or face to face support sessions between course days, detailed videos of the individual movements, a video of the whole set and a dedicated Facebook group.
We also offer, post module, on-line or face to face support sessions, once you have started to deliver the movements.
